Introduced two new, successful genres: Magic/Illusion and musical tribute bands.

Oversaw the operating budget, excluding salaries/fringe ($600K+).

Devised a new budgeting system based upon per-show P&L statements.

Proposed strategies that reduced net expenses 7% FY12; 6% FY13; 26% FY14 (excluding staff reductions).

Negotiated all terms for visiting and resident artists; reviewed and edited contracts, including technical and hospitality riders.

Worked with the College Controller on risk management issues.

Created the venue’s first digital contract library.

Took Contract Law, an on-line course through Harvard edX.

Served in a dual role as Marketing Manager (during a year-long vacancy in the position).

Created and implemented an integrated marketing plan across all platforms and served as the primary copywriter for all materials.
